  1. The controller of your provided personal data is Log-Way-Solution Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (LWS) with its registered office in Janikowo at ul. Gnieźnieńska 67/69, 62-006 Kobylnica, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000169173 – Regional Court for Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, KRS Commercial Division, share capital: PLN 100 000, NIP (taxpayer identification number): 7792202294.
  2. The Controller can be reached by phone at + 48 61 66 36 980 and by e-mail at the Controller’s address presented above. The Administrator has not appointed a data protection inspector.
  3. Your provided personal data will be processed for purposes of communication and support for your inquiry submitted through the electronic contact form pursuant to art. 6 section 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter also: GDPR). Your provided facultative data is based on your consent pursuant to art. 6 section 1 point a of Regulation 2016/679.
  4. Your personal data is provided to the employees of the Controller and entities providing services associated with the provided service to LWS, including computer system and IT service providers.
  5. Your personal data shall be stored for the time required to respond to your inquiry and potential further correspondence. The storage time may be extended in each instance by the time of claims expiration if the processing of your personal data should be required for LWS to establish or pursue potential claims or defend against such claims.
  6. For personal data processed under expressed consent, said consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of your consent has no effect on legality of the processing performed prior to said withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to the following: access to the content of your data, request to have it rectified, removed, request to restrict its processing, request to its portability, and object towards its processing.
  8. You also have the right to file complaints to the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Bureau) or the supervisory authority of a different European Union state appropriate to the place of stay or work of the data subject or to the location of alleged infringement of GDPR if you should deem that the processing of your personal data infringes upon the provisions of Regulation 2016/679.
  9. LWS requires your personal data for purposes of providing and supporting the electronic contact form with exception of personal data marked as facultative, the provision of which is optional. If you do not provide the personal data required by LWS, you will not be able to receive the service.
  10. Your personal data will be processed both automatically and non-automatically.
